TLDC breaks ground on Balen Torre Lorenzo, a new master-planned community in Pampanga

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) has broken ground on Balen Torre Lorenzo, a new master-planned community in San Fernando, Pampanga, marking its latest expansion outside Metro Manila.

Named after the Kapampangan word for town or community, Balen brings together the timeless traditions of Kapampangan culture and the conveniences of modern living. Inspired by the region’s warmth, hospitality, and strong family ties, the development envisions a place where families can grow, neighbors can connect, and generations can create lasting memories. Guided by TLDC’s experience in property development and long-term stewardship, Balen seeks to foster a lasting sense of community, as it is designed to be a place people call home for today and for generations to come.

Balen marks TLDC’s entry into Pampanga, known for its rich cultural heritage and growing economic activity as a key lifestyle destination.
