You may submit the following requirements 1 to 3 days from unit reservation:
- Signed Reservation Application (Completely filled-out)
- Signed Computation Sheet
- At least one (1) Primary ID or two (2) Secondary ID with photo with specimen signature:
- (validity at least 3 months prior to expiry)
- TIN ID or TIN declaration in the Reservation Application
- Proof of Payment of Reservation Fee
- Supplemental documents depending on the payment term chosen (if applicable)
What are the requirements in reserving a unit? (Corporation)

You may submit the following requirements 1 to 3 days from unit reservation:
- Signed Reservation Application (Completely filled-out)
- Signed Computation Sheet

- (validity at least 3 months prior to expiry)

What are the requirements and document qualifications before contract issuance? (Individual)

You may submit the following requirements 4 to 30 days from unit reservation:
- Signed BIR Form No. 1904
- At least one (1) Primary ID or two (2) Secondary ID of spouse and/or co-owners
- At least one (1) Proof of Income/Source of Funds:
- Certificate of Employment with Compensation, plus Company ID
- Payslip (latest 3 months), plus Company ID
- BIR 2316, plus Company ID
- Bank Statement (latest 6 months)
- ITR and Audited Financial Statements
- DTI Certificate of BUsiness Name Registration and Mayor's Permit
- Proof of Address/Billing Statement
- Birth Certificate/Marriage Certificate
- Complete Post-Dated Checks (PDC) or Auto-Debit Arrangement (ADA) Enrollment
- Notarized Special Power of Attorney (for local), and Apostilled/Consularized for International accounts (if applicable)

- Original Notarized Secretary Certificate:
- authorizing the purchase and mortgage (if through financing) of the property and its terms;
- designating and appointing the officer authorized to negotiate and sign documents on behalf of the corporation
- SEC Registration Documents – Certificate of Registration, Articles of Incorporation/Partnership/Association and By-Laws and Latest General Information Sheet (GIS)
- BIR Certificate of Registration

When will my contract be issued?

- Contract to Sell (CTS) may be issued within 30 days from clearing of first downpayment and document qualification.
- Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS) may be issue within 15 days from full payment.
What are the requirements and document qualifications before unit turnover?

- For Cash and Bank Financing Option:
- Clearance of full payment or Loan Release
- Signed Contract to Sell (CTS) and Deed of Absolute Sale (DOAS)
- Paid Turnover Fees
- For Early Move-In (EMI) Promo:
- Paid Spot Downpayment
- Complete Post-Daated Checks (PDC) to cover the amortization
- Bank Pre-Approval OR Guarantee Check with Signed GC Undertaking
- Paid Turnover Fees
- For Lease to Own (LTO) Option:
- Payment of equivalent to 4 months
- At least 24 PDCs or complete 118 PDCs

- Handover
- Buyer receives Homeowner's Manual.

Can I have my unit rented?

Yes, you can apply your unit in our Rental Assistance Management Program (RAMP) by contacting our Leasing department to assist you on the process.
