Torre Lorenzo Malate Project Update (October 2021)

Following safety guidelines and protocols under General Community Quarantine for Metro Manila, Torre Lorenzo Malate construction continues.

As of September 2021, major activities are punch-listing and rectification for residential units and typical hallway and lift lobbies, as well as testing and commissioning of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing Fire Protection and Structural or MEPFS systems of the building. 

Fit-out works for amenities and common areas such as Reception Lobby, Discussion Room, Leasing Office, Amenity Toilets, Meeting Room, Residents Lounge, and Sky Lounge have been completed already and are ready for the testing & commissioning of MEPFS systems prior to turnover. 

The Swimming Pool at the 9th Floor is also completed and functional. Major ongoing activities for amenities include the installation of rubber flooring for Fitness Center and concrete topping for Roof Deck Sky Garden, as well as painting rectification for the crown top. Fit-out construction is also underway for both The Suites and lyf Floors. Construction for lyf amenities, meanwhile, will commence by October. Major ongoing activities for The Suites & lyf Floors are ceiling framing, tiling works, drywall installation, and all MEPFS works.
