Torre Lorenzo partners with NU Lipa for student residences

In commitment to its vision to provide elevated living experiences in next-wave cities, Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) recently sealed a partnership with the National University Lipa (NU Lipa) in Lipa City, Batangas for the accommodation of the university’s faculty, staff, and incoming students for AY 2023-2024 (foreign and local). This move will help NU attract academic talent to teach and enroll in the school.

Located a few minutes from Star Tollway Exit, along Altamirano Street in Lipa City, Tierra Lorenzo Lipa is the preferred home of international students for its security, accessibility, and premium quality. 

The partnership will support the growing demand for quality education and accommodation in emerging urban centers like Lipa City.
