University towns will once again teem with students as the educational system reverts to face-to-face classes. Student accommodations will become in demand after the abrupt lockdowns of 2020, as learners start going on the hunt for their ideal shelters.

Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC), which began in 2000 by building university residences, continues to deliver hip and luxe projects highly accessible to top schools. It honors its heritage even as it has become a full-scale developer with mixed-use, leisure and township products. Here are some of its newest offerings.

3Torre Lorenzo

Addressing students returning to Taft, TLDC has 3Torre Lorenzo on P. Ocampo Street. Students living there can walk to De La Salle University Manila, DLS-College of St. Benilde and St. Scholastica’s College Manila; or take a jeep to several other schools along Taft.

Students can take up studio and one-bedroom units on the 37-story wonder. The condo units all come with kitchen and bathroom fixtures, items like smoke detectors and fire sprinklers, plus provisions for telephone and Internet lines, among others.

Residents will enjoy elegant amenities for study and relaxation. A major come-on is the 25-meter lap pool and the two-level fitness center. The tower also has a Sky Lounge, Sky Deck and Garden Terrace. A Retail Center is downstairs for necessities, but security will be reliable 24/7.

3Torre Lorenzo is not only near schools, but also malls, marketplaces, transport routes and hospitals. Dwellers, when they graduate, can begin their professional journey from the address, being in a gateway to central business districts (CBDs).

Torre Lorenzo Loyola

A new battle is brewing in Katipunan—for homes at TLDC’s 35-storey Torre Lorenzo Loyola. This development on Rosa Alvero Street in Loyola Heights is right outside Ateneo de Manila University. It is also a short ride away from Miriam College and University of the Philippines Diliman.

All the studio and one-bedroom units are planned with residents’ welfare and comfort in mind. They will not be turned over empty as the kitchen and bathroom will already include essential fixtures, while the rest of the space will be fitted with a closet, intercom, doorbell and more.

As with 3Torre Lorenzo and all other TLDC premium residences, this will maintain security through RFID access and CCTVs. It will also feature a swimming pool, a fitness center and a Sky Deck with a function room, garden terrace and residents’ lounge. Torre Lorenzo Loyola is located near shopping malls, groceries and restaurants—all the things Katipunan is known for.

With TLDC, students are assured of homes ideal for learning. It always delivers on the “Student First Program” and its four pillars namely, safety first, studies first, balanced life first and convenience first. Residents are safe, well-rounded and close to their needs.
