TLDC is recognized as one of HR Asia's Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2022.

Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation was awarded as one of HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work For in 2022. The Company was also a recipient of HR Asia’s Most Caring Companies Award 2022

Out of 185 Filipino companies that took part in HR Asia’s proprietary Total Engagement Assessment, only the top 35 companies were named as HR Asia's Best Companies to work for in Asia 2022. From this roster, only six companies were given the Most Caring Companies Award 2022.

Mr. Tomas Lorenzo, CEO of Torre Lorenzo said in his acceptance speech that as an emergent developer, the Company has to work harder to attract and retain talent. “Beyond competitive and fair conditions of employment, we make sure that our policies are people-oriented, and that they allow our employees to balance their work and family commitments. Family is very important to us,” he emphasized. 

Especially during the pandemic, Torre Lorenzo prioritized the safety and well-being of its people. It rolled out a comprehensive pandemic response program through financial, transportation, and housing assistance on top of other initiatives. “Our goal is to have happy and productive employees who will encourage a similar environment in their homes.”

Lorenzo said that the recognition inspires the Company continue its pursuit of the ideal work environment that yields positive results for both employees and stakeholders. 

The Best Companies to Work For Award is bestowed by HR Asia to organizations that have been identified by their employees as one of Asia’s employers of choice. The award recognizes companies with the best HR practices and those that demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.

Likewise, the Most Caring Companies Award is given to companies that demonstrate exemplary efforts in creating a culture of empathy and care within the organization. The winners were chosen through an independent judging process based from employee survey and best practices audit.
