Torre Lorenzo Development Corp. (TLDC) continues to add exciting projects and partnerships in its pipeline, including those in the Davao region.

TLDC has started work on the expansion of the five-star accommodations and amenities at the Dusit Thani Lubi Plantation Resort in the Davao Gulf.

TLDC said the resort will offer a new cluster of luxury villas which will cater to the exponentially growing tourists in Davao who are looking for a very exclusive and low density luxury island resort development experience.

TLDC will also expand its mixed-use development in Tierra Davao, an integrated mixed-used development and is currently home to Dusit D2 Hotel and Dusit Thani Residence Davao.

The development is envisioned to have two high-rise residential towers called The Crown Residences and The Crest Residences, both with spectacular views of the Davao Gulf.

These residential projects will cater to the young professionals, businessmen and investors, TLDC said.

Tierra Davao will also have office and commercial spaces to cater to the growing economic sector of the Davao region.

The office complex is envisioned to have low to mid density, premium grade building/s.
